Something has to change at Leeds United.
The Whites have won just once since the turn of the year, and even then that was a nervy victory as they came from 2-0 down to beat Millwall 3-2.
It’s probably about time Marcelo Bielsa made some changes, and the most obvious place for him to start would be between the sticks.
Kiko Casilla has been absolutely dreadful as of late. Not only has he conceded 10 goals in his last nine league appearances, but in United’s last three matches he’s made huge errors that have directly led to goals.

Indeed, against Wigan he was undone directly from a corner that was deflected, against Forest he was beaten far too easily at his near post, before practically assisting Said Benrahma for Brentford’s opener on Tuesday.
The fans have called for Illan Meslier to start, but one United journalist thinks that is unlikely.
What’s been said then?
Understandably, fans wanted to get the expert view on whether or not Casilla would be dropped.
“After his third goal conceding error in as many games, it’s clear to see Kiko has a confidence issue. His judgment is off. Do you honestly think MB will now give Meslier a chance against Bristol?” A fan asked on Twitter, tagging a few prominent Leeds journalists.
Adam Pope was straight to the point with his response, replying:
“I’d be surprised if he did tbh.”
Stubborn
What does Casilla have to do to get dropped?
If Pope is right with his view then it’s just pure and utter stubbornness from Bielsa.
It’s not hard to see that Casilla is struggling at the moment, and with United’s promotion hopes in a very precarious position, it’s not an issue that a team can just play through.
There are 15 games to go for Leeds, meaning that there are 45 points still to play for.
Unfortunately, having the former Real Madrid man in goal could cost United a number of points before the end of the season, and with not long to go, that’s something the Whites can ill-afford.
In other news, Leeds fans have been ripping into one player after Tuesday’s game.
