da bwin:
da apostaganha: [ad_pod ]Charlton might be soaring high in League One this season with Championship football for next season at their fingertips but doubts remain over the futures of a number of key men – including manager Lee Bowyer, who has yet to be offered a new deal at The Valley despite having guided the Addicks into promotion contention.Bowyer has finally made his feelings clear about the situation and it’s safe to say that he thinks the job he has done is worthy of appropriate recognition in the form of a new contract.
What did he say?
Well, speaking in his pre-Bradford press conference, the Charlton boss had this to say:
A message to Duchatelet
At any other club, a manager producing the results Bowyer has done would surely have been offered a new deal ages ago; things don’t work that way at Charlton, not with Roland Duchatelet at the helm.
The Belgian’s way of running things is bizarre to say the least – Bowyer and his team could achieve automatic promotion and there still be no certainty ahead of next season that the boss or half the players would be there still.

Clearly, Bowyer feels that he has earned a new deal and is confident that he will be penning it in the coming weeks – this should come as a huge relief to the Addicks faithful, who have surely been on tenterhooks as we near the end of the campaign – although he isn’t counting his chickens just yet.
