da betsson: A huge game awaits Zinedine Zidane and Real Madrid at Parc des Princes in Paris as they open their 2019/20 Champions League campaign with an away clash with Paris Saint-Germain.
da luck: Los Blancos had a successful weekend as they hosted and defeated a courageous Levante in a five-goal thriller. Despite taking a 3-0 lead, Real were forced to hold on to a 3-2 victory.
Still, PSG are definitely a much bigger fish to fry, and the fact that Los Blancos are the ones making the long trip only makes it that much more difficult.

But even with all of that in mind, Zidane will no doubt be hoping for a positive result and three points to start a new campaign in Europe.
Fielding the absolute strongest squad, however, should be the top priority for the Frenchman and after the first four games played this season, a general idea of Zidane’s strongest XI is slowly but surely starting to form.
With that being said, here’s who we think Zidane will deploy on Wednesday…
There will be some changes from the last time we saw Real Madrid play over the weekend but most of those will be injury-enforced.
Thibaut Courtois will find himself between the sticks once again but this time, he will have a slightly different backline in front of him.
Daniel Carvajal and Raphael Varane are the only two familiar names we’ll see and with Sergio Ramos and Nacho suspended, the other centre-back position will most likely be given to Eder Militao, the 21-year-old who made his debut against Levante.
And with Marcelo out injured, the left-back position should be Ferland Mendy’s to take.
Moving further up the pitch, the midfield should remain unchanged for the most part. With Luka Modric still very much on the sidelines, James Rodriguez should get the nod to play alongside Casemiro and Toni Kroos.
The trio up front could finally see the introduction of Eden Hazard from the get-go, and the Belgian should be deployed next to Benzema and the returning Gareth Bale, who couldn’t play over the weekend due to a suspension.
Overall, there aren’t many surprises – most of the changes are very much expected due to injuries and suspensions and the only real question mark is whether Hazard will be able to make his mark in his first European start for Los Blancos.
